This review is based on the medical secretaries. Abusive phone calls being called liar and told that patients are a waste of space.
The man concerned advises making complaints and asking for compensation why? It was all because of him.
He tell me that the NHS should be privatised.
I have had to bar the hospital number
I recently had breast reduction surgery at Queen Victoria hospital
The entire service provided is outstanding
I thank each and every one of the staff who cared for me during my pre op appointments hospital stay and post op care
The care and treatment I received at the QVH was brilliant.
This is by far the best hospital that I have come across. The staff are superb and consultants especially and I would like to Thank them all for everything.
I have worked in hospitals and been a patient many times and I believe The Queen Victoria to have been my best experience by far.
It is not a typical, large, clinical, impersonal hospital but is a warren of adapted, historical buildings, which somehow works and adds to its charm.
There are plenty of benches in the surrounding gardens which helps give a relaxing environment.
There seems to be a very friendly, respectful, hard working team throughout the hospital and it has been a pleasure to attend as an outpatient and to successfully receive my major surgery at this very special place.
I could not have asked for more and felt very privileged to have been referred here.
Every part of my treatment has been as smooth and easy as it was possible to make it
Amazing hospital. I’ve had a couple of surgeries with them now and see the orthodontic department every 4-6 weeks. Everyone is always friendly, very informative and efficient.
Well organised, super friendly, very informative and just a brilliant hospital. Ive had two surgical procedures here and come regularly for my orthodontic care. Can not recommend the hospital enough.
I have always received caring and friendly attention. Given lots of time during a consultation. Treated well when recovering from an op. Aleays had everything clearly explained by every different professional involved in my care. You do wait quite a while to be seen, but you have to realise that this is only because everyone is being given the time they need, and so will you be, so patience brings its own rewards.
